  The
Commercial Mortgage Division of the JGI Companies offers its clients more than
30 years of experience in finance-consulting and the placement of both short
and long-term commercial financing. The JGI team works with each client to
accurately assess the client's needs and capabilities and to determine the most
appropriate financing vehicle for each individual client and project.
Our mission is to represent our clients with integrity and professionalism, as well as to provide an honest, practical, timely, and economically viable solution to our clients' financing needs. In the conventional mortgage arena, JGI is experienced in securing construction loans and long-term financing, as well as taxable and tax exempt financing instruments. We also work with our clients to convert existing construction loans to long-term financing and to refinance existing mortgages. Further, we are capable of assisting our clients with mezzanine financing as well as conduit financing. Whether our clients are seeking a construction loan or to convert a construction loan to long-term financing, JGI has a strong knowledge of the financial markets, as well as strong relationships with a wide variety of lending institutions and funding sources world wide. |
